After 24 hours of skin contact this wine was fermented in stainless steel and moved to neutral French barrels when dry, six months sur lie aging helped develop its remarkable weight. Having not gone through malolactic fermentation the wine retains all its bright acid. Always a favorite and extremely limited, the 2019 Riesling is a gorgeous pale yellow color, the bright aromatics of honey, orange blossom, vanilla and tropical fruit are complimented by a touch of minerality. The palate showcases lovely weight balanced bright acidity. Flavors of zesty citrus, give way to a long finish. Drink now to 3-7 years.
